Mission Statement

The whole thought behind Support 420 was to bring everyone together. As I talked with folks, we gripped about the same things, but we lacked direction. After a bit of thinking, I reached out to a couple of folks, we did a little research, and Support 420 was born.

Support 420 was and is the idea of an affordable, educational, and political organization. To give everyone a voice, and an opportunity to communicate with the state, possibly affecting the way the decision making is done in our industry.

We have worked too hard to create something of our own, created for us, by us, to lose it now. By working together, we can build this industry into something that everyone wants and can be proud of.

Events

• Bi-weekly pop-up events with venders for patient drives.
• Monthly festivals for industry support and membership drives.
• Yearly festivals for just all-around enjoyment and communication.
• Doctors onsite for prescription cards.

The Plan

The Main plan is to get membership for industry workers at a monthly fee. Take those fees and pay the doctors so the patients can afford to buy what they need. We already have doctors who are willing to help us with lower fees and will be on site with us to help get patients their prescription cards. Having several pop-ups a week, and monthly festivals we will be able to build patient numbers up quickly.

United with a large membership base, we have a better chance of getting the state to work with us.

Patients and Outside Support

Patients and outside supporters pay a yearly fee to help others as well as show an actual paid membership fee. With that now they have a true voice in the industry and at the state level. What is that old saying “There is Power in Numbers.” That is one of the main reasons for Support 420, if we have the numbers they have to listen.
